It's very nearly the shortest day of the year!
FACT: When we get outside and get a little adventure on, we all feel so much better for it.

Join us for a chilled ride into the stunning Surrey Hills to celebrate the Winter Solstice with @stohkofficial #shortdayout.

Start/finish at Pearson Cycles 232 Upper Richmond Rd London SW14 8AG.
Arrive at 09:30, have yourself Pearson Cycles coffee and Apidura pastries for a chilled 10:00 roll-out.
From Pearson's the routes roll out through Richmond Park on gentle rolling gravel - into the sublime Surrey Hills on a mix of scenic country lanes, bridleways and forest trails. Wind back to Pearson Cycles for a refreshing @stohkofficial finishing brew!
There are 2 route options - 50km and 35km. (Komoot routes shared w/c 16 Dec).

Starting and finishing in London's Victoria Park at the fabulous Pavilion Café - meet at 9:00 for 9:30 rollout. Wrap up warmly for this one.
You'll be amazed at how quickly the cityscapes disappear and are replaced by wild n beautiful open spaces. Our route rolls out of town along the picturesque Lee Valley canal system and cruises past Hackney Marshes and the Walthamstow Wetland Sanctuary. We then ramp up into the Epping Forest for a blast along a selection of sublime sweeping gravel tracks - surprising, amazing and exhilarating. Roll back into Vic Park for coffee, cake and/or lunch at the Pav Caff.

Join a super-chilled social spin of c. 30m/50km around the Chilterns Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Start/finish at the fabulous Church Farm Café HP23 5RS where you are guaranteed a warm welcome, great coffee and delicious menu.

A few mins' ride from Tring Station - 30 mins out of London Euston or 25 minutes from LU Station Berkhamsted - we've made it super easy to get to from London and surrounds.

Taking in some of the Chilterns' spectacular scenery - this specially designed route is a blend of country lanes, farm tracks, punchy climbs, trails and bridleways, including a section of the Ridgeway - Britain’s oldest road. Wind through the stunning Ashridge National Trust Estate on sweeping gravel trails through ancient woodland and spectacular 360 views of the surrounding landscape from the trig point at Ivinghoe Beacon.

And after all that - we swing back to the café for more coffee n cake or a delicious lunch - the perfect ending to a fab ride in beautiful places.
